How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our average shipping time for just wheels or just tires is 5 to 8 working days (3 Day option available at checkout). Wheel and tire packages that require mounting and balancing are closer to 5 to 10 working days.

Check Order Status

Our processing working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-7pm. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. We typically ship just wheel or just tire orders same day for those orders that come thru before 11:AM est during processing work days.

Packages usually take two processing work days and in some rare cases three.

Return Items You Ordered

The below process will initiate a trouble ticket which is required in order for us to process a return.

  1. From the main menu, go to Customer Service > My Account 
  2. From the My account page, go to Orders
  3. In the Orders list, find the order you’d like to return and select Product Support.
Problem With Order

The below process will initiate a trouble ticket which will be assigned to a dedicated Support Specialist to assist you.

  3. In the Orders list, find the order you’re having a problem with and select Product Support.
Warranty Department

The below process will initiate a trouble ticket which is required in order for us to process a Warranty Claim.

  1. From the main menu, go to Customer Service > My Account

  3. In the Orders list, find the order you’d like to return and select Product Support.
Fitment Issue

The below process will initiate a trouble ticket which will be assigned to a dedicated Fitment Specialist to assist you.

Our main distribution center is located at 3400 Northwest 151st Terrace, Unit 1, Miami Gardens, Florida, 33054 next to the Amazon Mega Warehouse.

(We do not have a retail showroom at this location)
