Under the hood of this American beast lies a 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V-6 instead of the naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V-8 in the previous-generation models. Here, the force-fed engine produces 450 horsepower at 5,000 RPM and 510 lb-ft. of torque at 3,500 RPM. That’s fed through a specially-tailored 10-speed automatic gearbox with shorter ratios for off-road fun.
