The All New 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Line Up And Wheel and Tire Options
The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado is finally here and it is definitely better and improved than the previous models. For starters, the 2019 Silverado 1500 boasts a new 2.7-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine which offers an estimated EPA rating of 20 miles per gallon in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. This powertrain is capable of delivering 310 horsepower and 348 lb.-ft of torque.
The rear-wheel-drive 2019 Silverado is powered by a robust 5.3-liter V8 engine that delivers a combined fuel economy of 19 mpg and generates 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft of torque. The new dynamic fuel management system with 17 cylinder-modes is also present on the 5.3-liter unit for enhanced power and efficiency.
The all-new Chevy Silverado also comes with a new trim level called the “Custom Trailboss” that incorporates a 2-inch suspension lift along with the Z71 Off-Road package as well as Rancho Shocks, 18-inch wheels and Goodyear Duratrac tires. The new 2019 Silverado RST trim extends full-led lighting including fog lamps, headlamps, and taillights along with exclusive 22-inch Chevy Silverado Wheels and Tires with upgraded all-season tires.
The Chevy Silverado High Country trim comes painted with a glossy new two-tone bronze finish along with chrome accents and chrome assist steps. It features a redesigned front grille that adds to the overall bold persona of the truck. Moreover, the power up/down tailgate is available as standard on the Chevy Silverado High Country.
The overall wheelbase length of the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado has been increased as well by 3.9 inches making it roomier and spacious compared to the previous models. The use of high-strength aluminum in the body construction keeps the overall weight of the truck low and improves the aerodynamic efficiency.
The 2019 Chevy Silverado base model starts from $29,745. The Custom Trailboss trim carries a price tag of $40,995 in its regular configuration while the crew cab/short bed model is priced at $43,395. The range-topping High Country trim level with its additional luxury features starts from $54,495.
